JUST TO GET BY-TIPS FOR SURVIVING THE WORK WEEK

It's Monday--so few of us are rejoicing about that fact at this moment. Monday signals a long week of bosses, meetings, demands, annoying co-workers and of course deadlines. To put it simply, Monday are like the beginning of battle. But there are some simple tips that you can do to make your work week better, starting with your Monday.
 We have compiled these tips from all over so try a few and let us know what works.

Eat a healthy breakfast- Healthy food gives is the energy we need to start our days, let alone our weeks. So start your day off with some fruit or some egg whites. You will be amazed at how it changes your mood.

Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon in your coffee-Good smells trigger endorphines in your body and will help with you mood.

Take a little time to yourself-This works best when there is too much going on and you are feeling overwhelmed. It happens to all of us but take a moment and just breathe. Close your eyes and visualize a quiet place. Take about 10 deep breaths in and out and then go back to focusing on the task at hand.

Pack yourself a special lunch-Make your favorite dish and pack it up for lunch. It will give you something to look forward to.

Make a to-do list-They help keep your organized especially if your co-workers aren't and will help your day run more smoothly.

Drink more water-Soft drinks and juices have high amounts of sugar and lead to a crash at the end of the day. Water will help with the energy.

Now these tips won't change your life or help you battle the boss from hell, but they will help you take care of you and take on the work week.  HAPPY MONDAY!!!
